A specialty dental practice has leased more than 2,500 square feet at a Watchung office building, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to a news release, the property at 688 Somerset St. is now fully leased after the transaction by Aesthetic Digital Solutions. The provider of advanced dental offerings such as implants, removables, digital designs and cosmetics will occupy one of four units at the two-story building, which is adjacent to Route 22 and just a mile from Interstate 78.
Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky arranged the 2,515-square-foot lease, noting that the property is also home to a dentist’s office.
“For any medical practice considering a new location, the first priority is the space — and this particular suite was a perfect fit,” Glussky said. “Beyond that, you want to be sure your patients can get there quickly. That’s another box 688 Somerset Street definitely checks.”
