A nearly 4,500-square-foot office building in Haddon Heights has changed hands, following a transaction arranged by Vantage Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the transaction at 207 White Horse Pike. Mindful Soul Center for Wellbeing, a counseling service for women in South Jersey, acquired the 4,428-square-foot property from Jed Horovitz for an undisclosed price.
Vantage RES Director of Client Services Monica Walsh brokered the transaction, noting that Mindful Soul Center will use the building as its new headquarters. The site provides it with a location adjacent to the borough’s downtown and proximity to restaurants, banks, retailers and professional offices, along with easy access to Interstate 295.
The operator has two other satellite locations in Collingswood and Medford.
