A tenant at a 1,500-square-foot commercial building in Somerset County has purchased the property for $320,000, in a deal arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The buyer, Integrated Management Solutions LLC, has had a presence at 188 Tamarack Circle in the Skillman section of Montgomery Township for eight years, according to a news release. It closed on the building in late November, acquiring it from JCCL Associates LLC.
Commercial Property Network Senior Vice President Al Toto represented both parties.
