A credit union has sold and leased back a 6,500-square-foot bank building in Pleasantville as part of a recent transaction arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage team represented First Harvest Credit Union in the deal at 15 W. West Jersey Ave., noting that the trade came together in roughly five weeks. The financial institution will continue to occupy the space under a newly signed, long-term lease agreement, providing it with a reliable and secure location to continue serving its members while ensuring stability for the new owner.
Vantage Commercial’s John Doss, Ken Richardson and Emily Stein brokered the sale.
“We are thrilled to have been part of this successful transaction,” said Doss, a senior adviser at the Cherry Hill-based firm. “Our team’s deep understanding of the market and ability to move quickly made this a win-win situation for both parties. We are excited to see First Harvest Credit Union continue its operations in the building under its new ownership.”
