A curtain and draperies company has renewed its 37,000-square-foot industrial lease in Little Falls, in a transaction announced by Corporate America Realty & Advisors.
The business, H.C. International Inc., will remain at 37 Montclair Ave. under a lease with The Hampshire Cos., the brokerage said in a news release. The manufacturer and importer uses the facility for warehousing and administration.
Howard Applebaum, president of Corporate America Realty & Advisors, represented H.C. International. JLL Vice President Jenna Imperatore and Managing Director Chad Hillyer represented Hampshire, which recently acquired the building from Prologis.
The business relocated to the facility from Carlstadt about five years ago because of Little Falls’ highway access and nearby public transportation, along with nearby amenities such as food, a post office and being across the street from the municipal complex, the news release said.
