The owner of a nearly 149,000-square-foot flex office campus in Warren has retained Cushman & Wakefield as the property’s leasing agent.
The brokerage team this week said it’s marketing the space at 40 and 45 Technology Drive on behalf of CSB Holdings. The former is a 100,000-square-foot building and includes 4,500 square feet of storage with two loading docks, while the latter is a 45,804-square-foot, two-story property with the option for office and laboratory on each floor and 8,015 square feet of high-bay space for additional warehouse, pilot-plant or other uses.
Cushman’s Charles Parmelli and William O’Keefe are leading the assignment, noting that the campus is just a mile and a half from the Interstate 78 interchange at Exit 36 and a two-minute drive to restaurants, shopping and services in the center of Warren.
“40 and 45 Technology Drive provide versatile office, lab and warehouse spaces with convenient access to major transportation routes, making them prime options for a range of tenants,” Parmelli said. “These properties offer unique characteristics that will be attractive for advanced technology or life-science oriented companies such as high bay height, loading and scalable warehouse along with useful and attractive office environments, ensuring tenants have everything they need for growth and success.”
