Cushman & Wakefield has hired a new senior research manager in New Jersey, in the latest key addition to its team in the state.
In his new role, John Obeid will oversee New Jersey research operations for the real estate services firm and be responsible for managing and executing market research deliverables and analytics, the company announced. He will be based in the firm’s East Rutherford office, joining the team after nearly eight years with Colliers.

Obeid has more than 15 years of experience overseeing and executing commercial real estate market research, including time with CBRE. The firm noted that he specializes in maintaining market data, analyzing trends and providing commentary around New Jersey’s office and industrial real estate market.
