Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Ben Brenner to executive vice chairman, making him one of the youngest at the firm to earn its most prestigious and senior title.
Brenner, who is based in the company’s East Rutherford office, has spent his entire career with Cushman after beginning there in 2005 as a college intern. He now leads one of its top-performing global teams and advises many of the world’s largest corporations, including Fujitsu, SGS and Panasonic, directing commercial real estate strategy and delivering integrated services across more than 2,600 office, laboratory and warehouse distribution facilities worldwide.
He has successfully executed more than 1,100 transactions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, equating to more than 22 million square feet and a total value exceeding $3.5 billion.
“Ben’s promotion to executive vice chairman represents the pinnacle of achievement at Cushman & Wakefield and underscores his extraordinary impact on our firm,” said Peter Bronsnick, executive regional director with the company. “He exemplifies the very best of our culture — exceptional leadership, creativity and a relentless commitment to client success. This promotion reflects our confidence in his vision and his ability to guide our clients’ most complex and high-value real estate decisions.”
