Three mixed-use and commercial properties in Bayonne have new owners after a series of deals announced Thursday by Cushman & Wakefield.
The first transaction included an assemblage of three adjacent, fully occupied buildings at 462 Broadway, 464 Broadway and 15-17 Library Court, C&W said in a news release. The buildings were sold in an all-cash transaction valued at nearly $1.18 million.
The buildings combine for about 13,000 square feet divided into four residential units and four commercial units, the news release said, with tenants including MetroPCS, Boost Mobile and a discount shoe store. Cushman & Wakefield’s Fahri Ozturk and Lev Kimyagarov exclusively arranged the transaction.
The second deal centered on a 16,500-square-foot, mixed-use property at, which sold for $1.61 million. The site includes a 9,000-square-foot, ground-floor retail and medical office space and an open 7,500-square-foot office component on the second floor.
The medical office unit and office space, which makes up 73 percent of the property, were delivered vacant, the news release said. The remainder is occupied by Children’s Specialized Hospital and La Guardiola Pizzeria.
Ozturk arranged the deal.
In the third transaction, which was also brokered by Ozturk, an investor purchased a two-story, 17,770-square-foot asset at 544-556 Broadway for $1.35 million. The property, which consists of a ground-floor retail unit and a second-floor office component, was delivered vacant upon sale.
