Brokers with Cushman & Wakefield have taken over as the leasing agents at a recently updated, 230,000-square-foot office complex in Florham Park.
In a news release, the firm said it was marketing the two-building Florham Park Corporate Center on behalf of an undisclosed owner. C&W’s William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura are heading the assignment at 25 A&B Vreeland Road.
“Florham Park Corporate Center is an ideal Class A option for value-driven tenants,” said O’Keefe, who is based in the firm’s Morristown office. “Now more than ever, as more employees have the flexibility to work from home, it’s important that offices offer more than just a place to complete work. Florham Park Corporate Center is just minutes away from downtown Florham Park and offers tenants a full-service cafeteria, fitness center and a large conference center that doubles as a training room.”
C&W noted Monday that Florham Park Corporate Center can accommodate requirements ranging from 2,000 square feet to full-floor occupancies up to 39,000 square feet.
“Florham Park Corporate Center’s strong location makes it an ideal location for employees,” Nakamura said. “Its convenient location in close proximity to major highways makes it an ideal commuting location and the wide array of retail and dining options located within five minutes of the complex makes it easy for busy employees to quickly accomplish all of their errands on their way home.”
The brokerage team also highlighted the complex’s proximity to the Hamilton Park Executive Conference Center, Westin Morris Inn and the Marriott, Hilton and Ramada hotels. The campus is just off Columbia Turnpike — offering easy access to highways such as routes 10 and 24 — and is three miles from Morristown Airport.
