Shipping giant Maersk USA has extended its nearly 47,000-square-foot office lease in Florham Park, in one of several newly announced transactions by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the brokerage team, the deal with Maersk comes alongside three new commitments at 180 Park Ave. They include a 9,574-square-foot lease by Mariner Wealth Advisors, a financial planner for medical professionals, along with a 7,840-square-foot transaction by law firm Finazzo Cossolini O’Leary Meola & Hager LLC and a 7,231-square-foot deal with Rockefeller Capital Management, an independent wealth management and financial services firm.
Cushman’s Brian Decillis, William O’Keefe and Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz represented the landlord, Vision Properties, in all four transactions.

C&W noted that Maersk, an integrated global container logistics and supply chain company, has been an anchor tenant at 180 Park Ave. since 2014. Its 46,893-square-foot office gives it a presence in The Green at Florham Park, a master-planned campus that includes Summit Medical Group, the Archer Hotel, AVE Florham Park and the New York Jets training facility, along with quick access to Route 24, mass transit and downtown Morristown and Madison.
The 228,350-square-foot property also has an atrium lobby, a full-service cafeteria and coffee bar, a fitness center and studio, a tenant lounge, a conference center, garage parking and an outdoor patio with seating, WiFi and walking trails.
