Dalfen Industrial has made another addition to its New Jersey portfolio, acquiring a nearly four-acre industrial outdoor storage and warehouse property in South Amboy.
According to CBRE, which arranged the deal, the Dallas-based firm paid an undisclosed sum for the parcel at 7061 Route 35. The property is “a perfect representation” of Dalfen’s acquisition criteria for industrial outdoor storage sites, the brokerage team said, touting its easy access to virtually every major roadway in Central Jersey and a functional 24,153-square-foot warehouse facility with 10 drive-in doors, favorable municipal zoning and a size that caters to a wide range of users.
CBRE’s Mark Silverman, Liam McGregor and Elli Klapper represented the buyer, noting the deal marks its third time representing Dalfen in an IOS acquisition in the past 18 months.
“Our priority is always creating value for our clients,” Silverman said. “By leveraging deep market intelligence and strong relationships, we structured a deal that met the seller’s objectives while supporting Dalfen’s expansion strategy in New Jersey.”
McGregor added: “Dalfen Industrial & Centerbridge Partners LP have continued to showcase exceptional execution. We are thrilled to see them secure yet another well-positioned asset with the CBRE team.”
