An investment firm has acquired a more than 21,000-square-foot office building in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team represented the seller, Davis & Associates, in the transaction at 5000 Sagemore Drive. The buyer, Veritas Real Estate Investments Inc., paid an undisclosed sum for the multitenant, 21,097-square-foot property that WCRE said is fully leased and just off Route 73, providing easy access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
WCRE Executive Vice President John Mozzillo spearheaded the listing. The firm added that the building is adjacent to The Promenade at Sagemore.
