An investor has purchased a mixed-use building in downtown Raritan Borough for $1.15 million, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercial Group.
According to the brokerage team, the property at 46 Thompson Ave. has a newly renovated commercial space for a restaurant and bar and four fully rented apartments on the second floor. Deluccia Commercial Group’s Tim Deluccia and Bob Axmann represented the seller, Tayler Jean Properties LLC, while Deluccia also represented buyer Benzino LLC.
Located just north of East Somerset Street, the property is a half-mile from Route 206 and a short drive from downtown Somerville.
