A facility serving individuals with developmental and related disabilities has leased 6,000 square feet along Route 22 in Bridgewater, according to Deluccia Commercial Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said the Center for Family Services will operate a 16-bed overnight facility at 550 Route 22 East, one that includes a full kitchen, group rooms, doctors’ office and a nurses’ station, plus an outdoor recreation area. The organization is leasing the space from Metuchen Community Services Corp.
Deluccia Commercial’s Tim Deluccia represented both parties.
