Denholtz Properties has completed a renewal for more than 10,000 square feet with a tenant at its 12-building, 125,000-square-foot office complex in Edison.
The commercial real estate firm on Wednesday announced the transaction with IVDV Associates Inc., which occupies 10,140 square feet at the Business Center of Edison. Located at 1090 King Georges Post Road, the complex is part of the town’s Raritan Center section and offers easy access to the vast highway network that runs through the area.

Denholtz highlighted other features at the collection of single-story buildings, including an on-site café and a location five miles from NJ Transit’s Metropark train station. The property is minutes from both the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, along with interstate 287 and routes 440, 1 and 9.
