Denholtz has launched a new program with 10X Vets, eyeing mentorship and partnership opportunities with the business and real estate network for military veterans.
The investment management firm, which is based in Red Bank, said the effort will focus on helping service members expand and strengthen their real estate investment portfolios. Denholtz Managing Partner Stephen Cassidy will spearhead the partnership, collaborating with 10X Vets’ Real Estate & Capital Circle group that helps real estate operators and capital raisers scale their portfolios, structure deals effectively and raise capital strategically.
“It’s our privilege to partner with a community of veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country,” Cassidy said. “Together, we’ll bring decades of real estate investment expertise to the 10X Vets network and uncover mutually rewarding opportunities across the nation.”
Launched in 2020, 10X Vets offers a national platform that delivers mentorship, networking, educational and financial resources to support military veteran entrepreneurs, business owners and commercial real estate investors, according to a news release. In addition to its core programming, 10X Vets provides access to commercial real estate equity, bridge and debt financing solutions through the 10X Vets Investor Syndicate and the Academy Fund.
“We’re thrilled to join forces with Denholtz,” said William Militello, founding member of 10X Vets. “Their proven track record in real estate investing will provide our veteran entrepreneurs with expert guidance and access to opportunities that drive meaningful growth and long-term success.”
