A dental practice has leased nearly 2,700 square feet at a newly developed apartment property in Burlington County, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Eastampton Place West Urban Renewal LLC in the deal at Eastampton Place West, a 240-unit complex along Woodlane Road in Eastampton. The tenant, Opal Dental, is taking 2,675 square feet for a 10-year term.
“Opal Dental LLC will be well-positioned for success and future growth within Eastampton Place West,” said Ken Richardson, an executive director with Vantage Commercial. “The newly created space will be welcoming and efficient for new patients. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Urban Renewal LLC, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients, even more so during challenging times.”
Richardson, who worked on the transaction with Reed Wrisley of Practice Real Estate Group, said the site is easily accessible from Route 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
