An architect has acquired a 1,000-square-foot office condominium in the Sussex County township of Hardystown, in a transaction arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, Frank Cunha III, will use the space at 6 Oxbow Lane as the headquarters for fc3architecture+design, according to a news release. The firm’s new first-floor unit is part of a 5,000-square-foot professional and medical office building just off Route 94, which benefits from ample on-site parking, a spacious reception and waiting area and multiple entrances.
NAI Hanson Vice President Joseph F. Vindigni represented the seller, EKP Ventures LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
“The office condo at 6 Oxbow Lane presented the buyer with a unique opportunity to secure a well-located office space that fit perfectly within his price range,” Vindigni said. “I am happy to have helped my client secure a buyer and facilitate this mutually beneficial transaction.”
