A developer has unveiled the newest high-end housing option in Mountainside, where it has launched sales for a collection of 30 age-restricted townhomes off Route 22.
The builder, Alpine Ridge LLC, has completed construction at the project known as Alpine Ridge, touting the opportunity for upscale living with a low-maintenance lifestyle. With prices starting at $699,900, the complex includes two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 2,429 to 2,740 square feet with luxury finishes and appliances.
The developer and its sales agent are also touting Mountainside’s location between the vibrant downtowns of Westfield and Summit, which both offer mass transit to New York City.
“Alpine Ridge at Mountainside was designed for discerning homebuyers who are looking for upscale, easier-to-manage residences in a location that offers them a vibrant lifestyle experience,” Robyn Tokar, sales manager at Housemart, said in a prepared statement. “The homes have been meticulously crafted for style and function, with open floorplans, designer finishes and appointments, first-floor master suites and full basements for additional entertaining and storage space.”
In addition to gourmet kitchens, nine-foot ceilings and custom oak stair railings, townhomes at Alpine Ridge feature partial stone fronts, maintenance-free plank siding and designer fiberglass front doors, according to a news release. All homes also include rear patios.
Located west of New Providence Road, Alpine Ridge at Mountainside offers easy access to the restaurant and retail offerings of its host community and of Westfield and Summit, according to a news release. Nearby recreational amenities include public and private golf courses, including the Echo Lake Country Club and the Baltusrol Golf Club.
