NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a lease for 1,440 square feet of office space in Englewood Cliffs for Prime Equity Real Estate.
In need of improved office space, the development firm relocated from Brooklyn to its new home at 720 East Palisade Ave., according to a news release. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC, and the tenant in the deal.
“New Jersey’s office market continues to show optimistic signs of recovery as we look toward the new year,” Lizzack said. “Leveraging our deep market knowledge and relationships we successfully negotiated a mutually beneficial deal for both the owner and tenant.”
The property features a marble lobby, 76 private parking spaces and 24/7 key card access, the news release said. Located at the corner of Sylvan and East Palisade avenues, the building is directly across from Exit 2 on the Palisades Interstate Parkway and minutes from the George Washington Bridge, major highways and Englewood’s downtown retail area.
Prime Equity Real Estate Development is a residential and commercial builder with a portfolio in New York, New Jersey and Florida, the news release said. Founded in 2005 by partners Yaron Shemesh and David Zoarets, the firm has acquired, designed and developed a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial real estate that is located near mass transit.
