A developer has sold a fully leased, 12,000-square-foot retail property in Woodland Park, in a newly announced transaction by Marcus & Millichap.
According to the brokerage firm, the undisclosed buyer paid $2.55 million for the property known as West Park Plaza, which sits just north of Route 46 at 279 Browertown Road. Tenants include New Life, a holistic physical therapy company, along with Tri Town Pharmacy and Mesa 46, a longstanding Italian restaurant, among its nine total operators.
Julienne Pape, an investment specialist in Marcus’ New Jersey office, represented the seller and secured the buyer. She noted that the complex, which was built in 1988, “has been well-maintained with many recent upgrades.”
