Prism Capital Partners has unveiled more than 14,000 square feet of high-end amenities at a new 83-unit condominium property at the site of the historic Wonder Bread factory in Hoboken.
According to the firm, which spearheaded the conversion with Parkwood Development and Angelo Gordon, the package of recreation and social spaces at Wonder Lofts includes a second-floor residents’ lounge with a large living room that opens to a landscaped outdoor terraced patio and garden with seating areas. The building at 720 Clinton St. also has a children’s playroom with padded floors, bean bag seating, toys and books, as well as a fully equipped children’s art center, while residents have access to modern cardio and strength training equipment and a separate yoga and flex studio.
Outdoors, the building offers a rooftop with 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, all of Hoboken and beyond, according to a news release. The space features a landscaped patio lounge with an infinity-edge swimming pool with lounge chairs, a circular outdoor bar underneath the restored water tower, gas grills and dining and lounge seating areas with a fire pit.
“The remarkable array of indoor and outdoor amenities at Wonder Lofts redefines the resident experience, seamlessly merging historic charm with contemporary luxury befitting Wonder Lofts’ illustrious legacy,” said Robert Fourniadis, Prism’s senior vice president for residential. “With the amenities now completed, prospective buyers visiting the property can fully grasp the unparalleled allure of the Wonder Lofts lifestyle.”

The Prism-led team launched sales at Wonder Lofts in 2021, providing an infusion of upscale three- and four-bedroom condos at a property that dates to the 1910s. The group last fall sold the first of two multimillion-dollar penthouses, while remaining homes are priced from $1.9 million to $3.5 million.
The offering has drawn residents from Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey, the developers said, thanks in part to its large living and private outdoor spaces coupled with an on-site parking garage, distinctive architecture and amenities that also include a screening room with couch seating and video gaming capability, a co-working and study area and a pet grooming space.
Wonder Lofts’ team includes Hoboken-based MVMK Architecture + Design, which served as the project architect, and Manhattan-based Workshop/APD as the interior designer, according to a news release. As part of the project, the developers have preserved the factory’s original brick detail, archways, high ceilings, large windows, a smokestack and a water tower, while adding modern features such as a glass and light gray aluminum façade.
The site also includes a new ground-up, five-story building across the street that houses 15 of the 83 units. Every home includes a parking space in the secured garage, which has electric vehicle charging stations, while the property also boasts a location just west of downtown Hoboken, mass transit access and a host of park and recreation spaces.
