DH Property Holdings LLC has added to its South Jersey portfolio with the acquisition of a 55,000-square-foot industrial building in Swedesboro.
The Manhattan-based firm said the property, 509 Heron Drive, is part of the well-known Pureland Industrial Park and includes three acres of excess parking. It’s also just a half-mile from Interstate 295 and less than five miles from the Commodore Barry Bridge, catering to both regional and last-mile users while providing easy access to Philadelphia International Airport and Packer Avenue Marine Terminal.
DH Property Holdings said it now owns nearly 1 million square feet of Class B industrial space in southern New Jersey, touting the strength of the property in a market segment with extremely tight inventory.
“The site offers a rare opportunity to cater not only to the core industrial demand of sub-100,000-square-foot tenancy, but also the strong (industrial outdoor storage) market of sub-four-acre tenancy,” said Dov Hertz, DH Property Holdings’ founder. “The strategically located Pureland Industrial Park is a virtual who’s who of industrial real estate owners and national tenants that has historically outperformed.”
Located on a 14.71-acre site, the facility has five loading docks and four drive-ins, more than 130 truck courts, 60 striped parking spaces for autos and 22-foot clear ceiling heights, the news release said. The three-acre fenced storage yard, meantime, is milled and lit for rent.
