G3 Communications has leased 6,400 square feet Heights Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot office building owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in Hasbrouck Heights.
In a news release Monday, Sanzari said the fast-growing digital media firm is relocating to 777 Terrace Ave. from another location in Hasbrouck Heights. Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing and marketing, represented the owner, while Joe Tormen of Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
“We are excited to be relocating into larger offices at Heights Plaza, a move necessary to accommodate our growing team,” Andrew Gaffney, president of G3 Communications, said in a prepared statement. “We are planning to take advantage of the larger conference space we are gaining in our new offices to host more industry roundtables and events.
“The building’s proximity to New York City and easy access to major highways will make it easy for guests to travel to our new offices, and the on-site catering will be great for our employees and visitors.”
Heights Plaza, a six-story building is located at the intersection of Interstate 80, Route 17 and Route 46, just minutes away from the George Washington Bridge, the news release said. Amenities include abundant covered parking, an on-site cafeteria, a security/concierge center and Manhattan skyline views.
“Heights Plaza is among the finest office environments in Bergen County, offering small- and midsize companies immediate access to major thoroughfares along with high-quality amenities and exceptional services,” Jennings said. “We are excited to have a dynamic firm such as G3 Communications join the building’s growing tenant roster, and look forward to being part of this company’s continued success and growth for many years to come.”
