Diversified Properties LLC has launched a third-party property management division, seeking to leverage its in-house team and experience for clients across a range of asset classes.
The Montville-based firm announced the move last week, noting that it will serve outside owners of flex industrial, multifamily, office and retail properties. Its services will include property maintenance and operations, leasing and tenant relations, construction management, land planning and financial management, in a move that comes in response to demand from industry partners.
“Our mission at Diversified Properties is to create living and employment spaces that enrich the lives of our tenants,” said Nicholas W. Minoia, managing member of Diversified Properties. “We have a talented management team and have opportunities that we are actively pursuing. This expansion is a natural progression of our long-term vision.”
The platform will tap into what the firm says is more than 50 years of combined experience in the industry. It will do so in tandem with an established team of trusted vendors.
Diversified’s recent management assignments include a 13-building flex industrial park and 175,000 square feet of Morris County office space.
“Our brokers, attorneys and development partners have been asking us to provide real estate services beyond our own portfolio,” Minoia added. “As an owner and operator ourselves, we understand what makes property management, planning and construction truly effective — and cost-efficient.”
