A new Domino’s is opening at a Passaic County shopping center after a lease arranged by Christie’s Commercial Real Estate, the brokerage firm said last week.
The eatery, operated by Farwa Pizza LLC, will occupy 1,320 square feet at 109-115 Skyline Drive in Ringwood under the long-term lease with Ringwood Associates Ltd. Christie’s Commercial Real Estate Associate James Peko represented the tenant, while Gail Alba and Michael Rachlin of Michael Rachlin & Co. represented the landlord.
Other tenants at the 46,188-square-foot Ringwood Plaza include Dunkin’, CVS and Snap Fitness, among others, according to a LoopNet listing for the property.
