Duke Realty Corp. has deepened its bench in New Jersey with the addition of a leasing representative who has relocated from its Pennsylvania office.

The real estate investment trust announced Tuesday that Caitlin English has joined the team in its Jersey City office. She spent four years with the company in Pennsylvania, where she was involved in significant transactions with the likes of UPS, Amazon and XPO Logistics.
“Cait and the rest of the New Jersey team are committed to continuing to provide our clients the highest level of service,” said Art Makris, senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Northeast region. “Our best-in-class industrial properties and land for development are in premier logistics locations. These great facilities and land sites, along with our enthusiasm and desire to work with our clients, mean unsurpassed real estate solutions in the market.”
In a news release, Duke said English became involved in commercial real estate while earning her bachelor’s degree at Saint Joseph’s University. She is a member of the university’s Real Estate and Construction Alumni Chapter and serves as a mentor to students in its Real Estate Society. She also is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and NAIOP.
