An electronics repair and cell phone business has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space in Jersey City, in a deal arranged by Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
According to a news release, the tenant is an established company that is bringing its successful Manhattan-based concept to New Jersey. Its new storefront at 1716 Kennedy Blvd. allows it to tap into strong pedestrian traffic, a dense residential population and long-term neighborhood growth, Cervelli said, noting that the deal calls for the landlord to build out the interior to meet the tenant’s design and operational requirements.
