An office building on Route 46 in Elmwood Park has changed hands for more than $750,000, in a transaction arranged by Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC.
The property, located at 281 Route 46 West, spans 3,600 square feet, according to a news release. A buyer listed as 281 Realty LLC purchased the asset for $765,000, with Equity Real Estate’s Michael McCarthy serving as the broker in the deal.
