Escape room takes 2,300 sq. ft. in Toms River, bringing shopping center to full occupancy

A shopping center in Toms River is fully leased after a recent 2,325-square-foot commitment by an escape room operator, according to brokers with Florham Realty.

In a news release, the leasing team said Exit 4 Escape Rooms will open its doors this summer at the Orchards at Dover, a 95,000-square-foot property on Route 37. The new location will be the second for the franchisee, which debuted the concept in Delran.

Florham Realty represented both parties, noting that it complements Marquee Cinemas, an anchor tenant at the center. Other tenants include Walgreens, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Five Guys and The Turning Point.
