An event management business has leased space at an industrial building in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, under a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to the brokerage team, Events Management Inc. will use the facility at 85 Horsehill Road to house dance recital equipment for programs it hosts throughout the country. The company is taking an undisclosed amount of space at the newly renovated, 53,000-square-foot building, which is owned by Horsehill Properties LLC.
NAI Hanson’s William Ericksen, Scott Perkins and Chris Todd represented ownership.
“This deal further demonstrates our team’s repeated ability to construct exceptional marketing strategies to attract quality tenants, and fill vacant space for clients,” Ericksen said. “Through our unmatched market expertise, we look forward to bringing the property to full occupancy as the demand for quality industrial space remains at an all-time high.”
In announcing the deal, NAI Hanson touted the building’s central location in Morris County and its proximity to routes 10 and 24 and interstates 80 and 287. It’s also within walking distance of newly developed retail locations for ShopRite, Walmart, Lowes and QuickChek.
