Two new tenants are coming to a renovated commercial center in Sussex County, following a set of leases arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
According to the brokerage firm, the deals include a commitment by a wedding and event planning company that is taking 900 square feet at The Shoppes at Lafayette in Lafayette Township. The tenant will use the new location, part of a 120,000-square-foot neighborhood center at routes 15 and 94, for office and display space.
Additionally, an occupier described as a fusion and CBD retailer is leasing 1,000 square feet at the property.
Boniakowski Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both parties in each deal, noting that The Shoppes at Lafayette is home to a weekly farmers market, weekend events for families and a hall for private events.
