Madd Equities LLC has sold a freestanding 15,000-square-foot retail building in Burlington for nearly $2 million, in a newly announced deal by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team said the property, 1204 North Route 130, is a former dollar store that’s surrounded by housing, auto dealerships and restaurants. It’s now the second location for the business known as Mediterranean Restaurant Equipment, servicing South Jersey and Philadelphia clients.
Michelle Marinello, director of sales and marketing with Rose Commercial, represented SPARTANS 3 LLC in acquiring the 0.78-acre property. She worked alongside David Townes of JLL, who represented Madd Equities in the $1.995 million deal.
