A private investor has purchased a 3,400-square-foot medical office building in Hamilton, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
The brokerage firm said the property, located at 2131 Route 33, is fully occupied by a local dentistry practice and a mental health therapy franchise by July 2021. Both tenants signed leases at the previously vacant building after Fennelly was tapped to market the space in 2020, giving way to the recent offering to would-be buyers.
Matt Fennelly, a corporate real estate specialist with the firm, represented Advanced Family Dentistry LLC in the sale of the property, the terms of which were not disclosed. Stephen Kaplan of Keller Williams Princeton represented the buyer.
Fennelly noted that the building is less than five minutes from downtown Robbinsville and a short drive from Route 130, interstates 195 and 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
