A financial services firm has leased more than 3,000 square feet of office space in Burlington County, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The tenant, Evolution Financial Group, is taking space at 500 Barclay Blvd. in the Marlton section of Evesham, part of the mixed-use development known as Barclay Chase at Marlton. According to Vantage RES, the site provides Evolution Financial with a location along Route 70 that also is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Vantage RES Senior Adviser Ken Richardson worked Evolution Financial Owner David Jacowitz and Partner Brian Weyman to complete the transaction.
“We feel Barclay is an extreme value given the overall look at the current market,” Richardson said. The firm added that it was contracted to lease the commercial component at Barclay Chase, which has more than 275 luxury apartments, and has filled the space within months.
“Working with Ken and Vantage RES was great,” Weyman said. “It was a smooth and easy process. Ken knew exactly what we were looking for.”
