A fitness operator has leased nearly 50,000 square feet to become the new anchor of a Camden County shopping center, according to Soloff Realty & Development Inc.
The real estate firm announced Tuesday that The Edge Fitness Clubs will join the tenant roster at Echelon Village Plaza, a 90,000-square-foot complex in Voorhees. Soloff’s David Dunkelman represented the landlord, Site Centers, while Scott Benson & Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial represented the tenant in the 48,776-square-foot deal.
Located at the intersection of Haddonfield-Berlin Road and White Horse Road, Echelon Village Plaza is in proximate to other major retailers and the Voorhees Corporate Park, Soloff said. The firm touted the addition of a big-box gym concept as an attractive option for consumers seeking convenience and economical services.
