Colliers International has bolstered its New Jersey industrial practice with the addition of Douglas Bansbach and Linda Hill as executive managing director
and senior managing director, respectively.
Based in Woodbridge, the veteran brokers bring more than 45
years of combined experience across investment sales, landlord representation, national tenant representation and corporate asset dispositions. Both were previously with Cushman & Wakefield.

In announcing the moves,
Colliers highlighted transactions by Bansbach and Hill including
a 450,000-square-foot lease for
IDI Logistics. The team has also facilitated a 40-acre land lease
for Arizona Beverage to build a 600,000-square-foot bottling plant, a 500,000-square-foot lease to DSV and the sale of the former Ocean Spray facility in Bordentown, along with the sale of a 60-acre parcel in Perth Amboy to Bridge Industrial.
