Bussel Realty Corp. has deepened its bench with the addition of David Paster, a longtime leasing executive at Heller Industrial Parks and other New Jersey commercial real estate firms.
In a news release Wednesday, BRC said Paster joins its brokerage division as a vice president. He comes to the Edison-based firm with four decades of experience in leasing and managing industrial and commercial real estate in the state, including 23 years as vice president of leasing at Heller, where he oversaw its 16 million-square-foot portfolio.
Previously, Paster spent 13 years at United States Land Resources in Morristown, managing 6 million square feet across 59 properties, the news release said. He’s also a former commercial real estate representative at Sholom & Zuckerbrot Associates in Edison, where he represented owners and users in leasing more than 600,000 square feet for four years.
“David is a 40-year seasoned veteran in the leasing and management of industrial and commercial real estate in the New Jersey market, and we are delighted that he has joined our firm,” said Steve Bussel, president of BRC. “His in-depth experience in leasing and negotiating ensures our clients the highest level of brokerage services.”
