A furniture distribution company has leased nearly 42,000 square feet at a Fairview industrial building, in one of three recent transactions announced by Team Resources Inc.
The brokerage said that Senior Executive Vice President Eric Lewin represented the tenant, GBK, in the lease at 251 Bergen Blvd. Thomas Vetter of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord in the 41,763-square-foot transaction.
“GBK is a furniture distribution company and this location is strategic to servicing their customers in the North Jersey and New York markets,” Lewin said.
Lewin also joined Glenn Evans, a senior vice president with Team Resources, in brokering the sale of a 21,600-square-foot building at 765 River St. in Paterson. The pair represented the seller, D&D Company Properties LLC, while Team Resources Vice President Jeffrey Fulton represented the buyer.
Sealy Mattress purchased the building to facilitate the expansion of its current facility in Paterson, Team Resources said in a news release.
In the third deal, Alan Frankel and Ron Schechter of Team Resources brokered an 11,000-square-foot lease at 150 Commerce Road in Carlstadt between Sunrise Supply and Key Properties. The tenant is a distributor and wholesaler of hangers and paper goods.
