Two new tenants are coming to an Atlantic County retail center after a pair of leases totaling more than 2,700 square feet, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.
According to a news release, the undisclosed businesses will occupy units of 1,480 and 1,265 square feet at the 106,931-square-foot Smithville Square in Galloway. The deals come amid renewed interest at the property at 45 South New York Road, the leasing team said, following its transition to new ownership late last year.
Vantage Commercial Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Managing Director Emily Stein represented the landlord in the newest leases. They noted that the center is also the future home of Curexa, a specialty compounding pharmacy that will further enhance the property’s appeal and drive foot traffic.
“Activity at the center continues to grow,” Ceroli said. “With new tenants and the upcoming arrival of Curexa, Smithville Square is gaining traction with quality tenants. The location and new ownership are all helping to attract interest.”
