A new car wash and maintenance business is opening in South Brunswick, leasing nearly 11,700 square feet under a set of deals arranged by The Goldstein Group.
According to a news release, Express Casino Car Wash and Lube is taking over a site at 3974 Route 1 that had been home to a similar business. Its deal with the landlord, RJB Enterprises LLC, includes 8,480 square feet for the car wash and 3,200 square feet for the auto care facility.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein and Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker represented the landlord in both deals. Delmira Marques of VRI Homes Realty NJ represented the user, whose neighboring tenants include Home Depot, Chase Bank, McDonalds, ShopRite and many others in the township’s Monmouth Junction section.
“The former car wash and lube facility had been closed for a while and we were able to find a new operator to reopen the facilities,” Goldstein said. “The site has tremendous visibility on Route 1 and has back access to Major Road which affords a turnaround to Route 1.”
