An early education provider has leased 10,000 square feet at a former restaurant site in Monmouth County, in a transaction announced by The Goldstein Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented landlord Devimy Equities in the lease at 1287 Route 35 in Middletown, where The Learning Experience will occupy part of a new 21,000-square-foot strip center. The operator will join Mavis Tire and Dunkin’ at the site, which was previously home to a Steak & Ale Restaurant before Devimy’s redevelopment.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker represented ownership. Nick Vanella of Com Realty Group represented The Learning Experience, one of the nation’s fastest-growing academies of early education for children ages six weeks to six years old.
