A new Electronics Expo has opened in Paramus, occupying a freestanding building that its owners acquired last year in a deal brokered by The Goldstein Group and NIA National Realty.
Located at 197 Route 17, the new 3,650-square-foot store benefits from the corridor’s high traffic counts and the region’s deep pool of consumers. Electronics Expo’s debut at the nearly one-acre site follows its acquisition of the property early last year and subsequent renovation.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein and Vice President John Ostrowski and Greg Panayoti of NIA National Realty arranged the sale.
“We are thrilled to announce that Electronics Expo is open for business” Goldstein said. “We had been searching the market for some time and this freestanding building offered them what they wanted. After renovating the building, they are ready for business.”
