A new Chase bank branch has opened on Route 22 in Union after a deal arranged by The Goldstein Group and Donovan Real Estate Services.
According to a news release, the lender has redeveloped a former Karoko Suits location at 2470 Route 22 East into a modern branch with a drive-thru. It’s leasing the space from 2470 Rt 22 Owners LLC.
The Goldstein Group’s Scott Milich and Chris Conway worked alongside Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate Services to represent both parties.
“The Route 22, Union-Springfield corridor is a who’s who list of retailers, restaurants and banks,” said Milich, a vice president with the Paramus-based brokerage firm. “This site afforded Chase with fantastic visibility as it’s located in the center island of Route 22.”
The brokers announced the deal while citing nearby tenants such as Walmart, Mercedes-Benz of Union, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Red Lobster, Best Buy, RTSP Union-Range Firearms & Training, Retro Fitness, Mavis Discount Tire, White Castle, Chick-Fil-A and Target.
