The Goldstein Group has announced more than a half-dozen new leases as part of a recent uptick in New Jersey’s retail real estate market.
The Paramus-based retail services firm said the leasing activity, which totals nearly 20,000 square feet, includes:
Representing DXL in a 7,587-square-foot lease on Route 46 in Totowa, with Principal Neil Goldstein handling the transaction;
Representing T-Mobile in a 3,000-square-foot lease at 10 Teterboro Landing in Teterboro, with Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter brokering the deal;
Representing Moe’s Southwest Grill in its 3,160-square-foot lease on Route 37 in Toms River, with Sales Associate Scott Milich handling the assignment;
Representing the landlord in a pad site lease with White Castle at 4053 Route 1 in South Brunswick, with President Chuck Lanyard consummating the deal;
Representing the landlord in a 1,520-square-foot deal with H&R Block at Sutton Plaza in Flanders, with Finkelstein, Huter and Sales Associate Roy Paret serving as brokers;
Representing Bubbakoo’s Restaurant in a 2,000-square-foot lease at Pond Road Plaza North on Route 9 in Freehold, with Vice President Mark Handwerker brokering the deal;
Representing both parties in a 1,255-square-foot lease with Edible Arrangements at Gateway Center in Mahwah. Goldstein Paret were responsible for the deal.
