Larken Associates has welcomed a new restaurant to Kingsbridge Center, a nearly 51,000-square-foot retail and office property in Hillsborough.
The eatery, Rizes Greek Taverna, is leasing 1,306 square feet at 378 South Branch Road for a concept that will offer a fresh take on traditional Greek cuisine, according to the landlord. That includes a menu with authentic salads, spreads, entrées and desserts, all of it available in a location that is across from the Hillsborough Township Municipal Building and easily accessible via Route 206 and Interstate 287.
Victor Kelly, an executive vice president with Larken Associates’ commercial division, negotiated the lease. The firm noted that Kingsbridge Center, a five-building, 50,735-square-foot property with retail and professional and medical office space, is also home to tenants such as Best Taste Asian, Lenny’s Pizza and Pasta, The Goddard School and various medical practitioners.
“Community-based complexes that also boast proximity to major highways are particularly ideal for dining and restaurant users like Rizes Greek Taverna,” Kelly said. “We congratulate Rizes Greek Taverna on their opening and are eager to see them quickly become a staple of Hillsborough and the surrounding area.”
