Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP has added a veteran commercial real estate attorney to help lead its redevelopment and land use practice.
The firm announced that Gary S. Forshner has joined the firm as co-chair of the Redevelopment & Land Use Department. Forshner, who will be based in the firm’s Woodbridge office, has practiced for nearly 30 years and concentrates his work in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate development and redevelopment.
He represents local, national and international developers, property owners and other business clients engaged in mixed-use, residential, industrial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects, the firm said in a news release. Forshner also provides guidance across all phases of the project life cycle and has significant expertise within the telecommunications and solar industries.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of both NAIOP New Jersey and the New Jersey Builders Association, among other organizations.
