A medical aesthetic and longevity practice has leased nearly 2,200 square feet at a Warren commercial property, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
According to a news release, the office at 108 Town Center Drive will be the third location for AlyneMD and its owner, Dr. Gurdarshan Sandhu. The practice will occupy 2,154 square feet of street-level retail and medical office space under the five-year lease, backfilling a former medical spa at what’s known as Warren Town Center.
Tim Deluccia and William Gazi of Deluccia Commercial Group represented Vicendese Family LP, a well-established local ownership group. Gazi also represented the tenant.
