Growing fitness chain takes 3,200 sq. ft. on Route 70 in Marlton, BRC says

A fitness and conditioning studio has leased 3,200 square feet of highway retail space in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.

According to a news release, SETS Hybrid Training is now open at 701 Route 70 under a deal with Milelli Marlton LLC. Its new home is part of a 40,000-square-foot strip center with average daily traffic of some 52,000 vehicles, where it joins prominent retailers such as Staples, Aldi and Riccardi Brothers Paint.

BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented SETS Hybrid Training, a performance-driven fitness and conditioning studio specializing in hybrid strength, endurance and functional training programs. Vantage Commercial represented the landlord.

“Sets Hybrid Training hosted their grand opening this March and had a huge turnout,” Connor Vanderbeek said. “This marks their 13th location in New Jersey with more coming soon. We look forward to seeing their continued success as they expand operations throughout New Jersey and the East Coast.”
